Built on TargetSeq® hybridization capture sequencing technology, we have developed pathogen identification panels covering 435 and 1,358 common microorganisms. These panels cover the vast majority of pathogens encountered in routine clinical testing and serve as an effective adjunct to diagnosis—providing valuable complementary evidence to conventional clinical methods.

Paired with a mature rapid hybridization capture workflow and an SE100 sequencing strategy, the solution can meet an ultra-fast turnaround time (TAT) of within 16 hours* from sample to report.
